Site Location & Context
The third site on the Whitnell Way (Ashburton Chartfield) Estate is bordered by Whitnell Way to the west and an access road providing access to the neighbouring properties. To the east there is a large open space characterised by a central mature tree. On the site, there are parking space, storage units, and a play space to the south-east. The site location is shown on the plan below.

Our Detailed Proposals for Site 3
All figures, diagrams, images, and plans shown are not final and are subject to change as the design process progresses.
Our proposal for Site 3 (east of Jellicoe House) has been reshaped in response to community feedback. We are proposing to provide nine new homes for council rent, with landscape enhancements, and a retained and improved playground.

We are inviting comments on the detailed proposals from Friday 3rd November 2023 to Friday 24th November 2023 (11:59pm).
After the planning application is submitted later this year, you will have the opportunity to comment on the proposals through Wandsworth Council’s (as the local planning authority) planning portal. This website will be updated with the planning application’s reference numbers after they have been submitted and validated. We will also email the project update contact list with the same details, so please make sure to register for project updates if you would like to stay up to date.
